My Name is Pietro Bastianelli Rojas, I am Costarican born

with Italian relatives. I started studying Architecture in Costa Rica for two years,

After appreciating the career and getting to be on track I noticed that I felt a gap that needed to be fulfilled, started to pay attention to what was lacking and one of the skills that I noticed was that I was good in details and that I needed more for what I was learning. 

 

After consulting with my advisor, he pointed out Interior Design

as a great opportunity which for me was new and like most people confused

it with Decorations. Thanks to this career change I started to learn more about what clients want, how you can obtain more without much resource, and achieving quality in details.

 

Even though I was happy with my career, I searched for a double major and transferred abroad to Florence, Italy. Here I opened up a little more of my career path and did a double major of Interior design and Product Design in Accademia Italiana, due to this I managed to have amazing perspectives from my classmates from all over the world and experience the beauty, sophistication and perfectionism of the Renaissance during 5 years. Living, studying and learning anything and everything is what I did during this life changing experience.

 

I returned to Costa Rica in 2015 to pursue and apply my knowledge to what I believed my family company needed in Real Estate. Ricardo Rojas Diaz is the First Real Estate Agency founded by my grandfather in 1949, he was a pioneer in his field but what made his success was treating each client as a friend, a true people’s person. He also founded the Costa Rican Chamber of Real Estate Brokers (CCCBR).

 

The company since 2008 has passed to the second Generation maintaining my grandfather's same structure and in 2021 started to expand in Real Estate Development Plans. Due to this expansion I decided to get my broker's license in 2020 and transferred to Playa Potrero in Guanacaste, pursuing my independent Real Estate Agency with a helping hand of many knowledgeable people back in my grandfather's office.
